How many cookbooks do you imagine there are? I’ll give you a quick hint…there are a TON! Some good and some not-so-good, so getting through all these could be a daunting and time consuming task. Lucky for you, I’ve done some of the work in selecting what I consider to be the MOST AWESOME of pie baking books.
