We’ve listed out some Frequently Asked Questions to help provide you with additional information about the Pie Addict and our pies and address any other concerns you may have. If you have any additional questions not answered here, please let us know via our Contact page.
Are your pies baked fresh?
All pie orders are made-to-order, which means that they are always fresh. We do not have ready-made pies. Pies are made and baked based on what has been ordered.
Do you offer vegan, gluten or sugar-free pies?
Unfortunately, we are not making vegan, gluten, or sugar-free pies at this time, however, we are looking into doing this in the near future.
Do you provide refunds if I have to cancel the order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot provide a refund or issue credit if you decide to cancel after making payment.
Can we ship our pies?
We are not currently shipping pies but we will be soon. So stay tuned!
Do you do Weddings & other special events?
YES! We have done weddings, graduation parties, birthdays, workplace parties, celebrations of life, and more. Please see our CATERING page for more information.
Do you deliver locally?
YES! We are able to deliver locally in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, and Kuna.
Do you make any savory pies?
No. I am sorry. We are not baking savory pies at this time.
